Vehicle Types, Package Categories & Earning More Per Delivery
Ololo has 6 vehicle types: Bicycle (5kg), Motorbike (15kg), Cargo Motorbike (30kg), Car (50kg), Van (300kg), Truck (1,000kg+). And 9 package categories with specific handling rules: Document, Food (fast priority), Fragile (extra care), Electronics (proof mandatory), Fashion, Furniture (van/truck), Industrial, Grocery (express only), General.
Cash-on-Delivery Reconciliation & Maximising Your Rider Payouts
For COD orders, collect cash from the buyer and submit daily reconciliation at staging.ololoexpress.com/rider/earnings under Cash Reconciliation. Ololo deducts your earnings and you deposit net cash at the nearest Ololo collection point. MoMo payouts process within 4 hours (minimum GH₵20).
The 12 Delivery Status Codes & Protecting Your Rating
Your rating determines delivery assignment priority — maintain above 4.0 stars. Learn all 12 status codes: Pending → Queued → OfferPending → RiderAssigned → ArrivingPickup → PickedUp → InTransit → ArrivingDropoff → Delivered → Failed → Returned → Cancelled.
