Getting Started as an Ololo Connect Agent
What Ololo Connect is and the TWO ways field agents earn — by acquiring sellers AND by sharing products with your own referral links (the affiliate programme is now part of Connect). Tour your Agent Portal — agent code, dashboard, referral links — and learn the one thing you must do first: get verified, because only verified agents get paid.
Finding & Qualifying Sellers
Identify the right sellers for Ololo — shops, wholesalers, manufacturers, and BNPL (hire-purchase) merchants. Work your Leads pipeline (lead → contacted → interested → registered) and learn how to qualify a business before you invest time onboarding them.
Onboarding a Seller the Right Way
Walk a seller from interested to live: store registration, document & Ghana Card verification, getting their first products listed, and recording the acquisition in your portal so the seller is tagged to you. Avoid the common onboarding mistakes that stall new sellers.
Growing & Supporting Your Sellers
Your earnings follow your sellers' success. Use the My Sellers dashboard to read each seller's performance and activity status (active / dormant / no sales), then run the right play: restock prompts, promotions, BuySafe trust, and BNPL to lift conversion.
Getting Paid: Commissions, Levels & Your Wallet
Exactly how you get paid, end to end. The seller-lifecycle events that trigger commission AND commission on every sale from your referral links — calculated at the seller's affiliate rate and released to you once the order is delivered. How pending vs available balance works, your recognition level (Bronze → Platinum) and the leaderboard, and how withdrawals reach your wallet.
Conduct, Trust & Best Practices
Represent Ololo well. Professional conduct in the field, protecting seller data, avoiding fraud and fake acquisitions, handling objections, and the code of conduct every Connect agent agrees to. Pass the assessment to earn your Connect Agent certification.
